Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ramon Manlucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jhay Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manlucas comes to the cage accompanied by Wu Tang - Meteor Hammer. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jhay Vera!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manlucas jabs Vera to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Vera throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
No joy there for Manlucas, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Vera closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Vera takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Manlucas connects with a looping right hand.
Vera takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
A jab from Manlucas finds it's way through Vera's defenses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Manlucas rushes Vera with punches - Vera moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Vera goes down! Manlucas follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ramon Manlucas!
