The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
See misses with a wild combination.
Hepatitis See seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
See looks to score with a jab to the body but Linguist is just out of range.
See throws a right and a left that both miss.
See throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
See misses with a double jab
and Linguist counters with a nice uppercut.
See fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Linguist manages to avoid it.
See scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
See scores with a jab. Linguist acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

It looks like Julian Linguist has been cut.

See throws a right hand that Linguist ducks under and follows up with a left that Linguist also avoids with ease.
See swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A punch combination from See misses.

Linguist gets a takedown into half guard.
Linguist tries to pass to full mount but See defends it.

Linguist is looking for submissions but instead, See has regained full guard.

Linguist wants to pass the guard but See is keeping the position.
Linguist throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as See works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Linguist postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! See is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Linguist, into his guard.

Linguist looking for submissions from the bottom but instead See passes into side control.

Linguist gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Linguist missing with a left hand there. See was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Linguist takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Linguist misses the shot to the body.
Linguist throws the left hand but See avoids the punch easily.
See fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
See displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
See lands a two punch combo.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Linguist throws a poor cross that misses
and See counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
See cracks a nice hook into Linguist's ribs.
See connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Linguist tumbling to the canvas! See pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Linguist was done - good stoppage!
