Nelson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Mercier wants to get back to full guard but Nelson has passed into side control.
Nelson wants to control but Mercier is keeping him busy.
Nelson is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Mercier looks calm but he's in trouble here. Nelson gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Mercier is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Nelson lets go of the hold and Mercier can pop his arm back in it's socket.
