Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Randy Orton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito Desperado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Orton comes into the arena with Voices blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Desperado shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Desperado swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Orton is now in Desperado's guard. A big mistake from Desperado there, giving up the dominant position!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Desperado is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Orton defends well.

Orton has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Orton drops back, looking for a kneebar! Desperado looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Desperado looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Desperado!

Orton looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Desperado with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
