Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Hopler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billiary Sclerosis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hopler's entrance music is Bodies (Let the Bodies Hit the Floor) . A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sclerosis misses with a head kick.
Hopler looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Sclerosis chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hopler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sclerosis is fending him off so far but Hopler persists. Nope, Sclerosis circles away and we're back to standing.
Sclerosis throws a combination. Hopler tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Sclerosis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hopler takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Sclerosis lands with a kick to the ribs.

Sclerosis throws a head kick but Hopler moves out of range.
Sclerosis misses with a series of wild punches.
Sclerosis goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Sclerosis lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Billiary Sclerosis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sclerosis lands a really nice looking cross but Hopler seems unphased.
Sclerosis throws a head kick that misses.
Sclerosis fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Sclerosis throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Hopler clinches up against the cage.
Sclerosis is trying to stall.
Sclerosis looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Hopler wants to get back to striking at distance but Sclerosis won't allow it.

Sclerosis breaks the clinch.
Sclerosis throws a nice outside leg kick.
Hopler's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sclerosis connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hopler scrambles back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sclerosis throws a leg kick which misses Hopler's front leg but catches the back leg as Hopler tries to avoid it.
Sclerosis lands a head kick. Hopler smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Hopler shoots in looking for a takedown. Sclerosis tries to sprawl out of it but Hopler keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sclerosis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sclerosis tries a head kick but it misses.
Sclerosis throws a leg kick that is checked

and Hopler counters by moving into the clinch.

Hopler has hold of one of Sclerosis's legs. Sclerosis is fighting the takedown attempt but Hopler gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sclerosis looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Hopler decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Sclerosis misses with a low kick.
Hopler avoids the head kick by Sclerosis.
Hopler fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sammy Hopler. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hopler forces Sclerosis back against the cage and clinches.
Hopler digs a right hand into Sclerosis's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Sclerosis's gas tank.

Hopler escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Hopler closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Sclerosis quickly recovers to half guard.

Hopler is looking for a kimura but Sclerosis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hopler to get the leverage.
Sclerosis works his way to full guard. Good work.

Sclerosis is working an open guard so Hopler takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Hopler moves into range and clinches up with Sclerosis.
Hopler drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hopler jumps guard but Sclerosis turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Billiary Sclerosis dominated that round.

Hopler bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Hopler goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Sclerosis has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Hopler but great work by Sclerosis.

Hopler is looking to get back to his feet here but Sclerosis is keeping cool and he's managed to take Hopler's back.
Hopler has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hopler wants to control his opponent's hands but Sclerosis gets his hands free.
Sclerosis is hanging on to Hopler's back as he tries to escape.
Will Sclerosis go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Billiary Sclerosis wasn't active enough on the ground.
A jab lands there for Sclerosis.
Sclerosis lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Sclerosis tries to bum rush Hopler with a series of wild strikes but Hopler uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Sclerosis fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hopler has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hopler shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sclerosis pinned against the cage. Sclerosis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sclerosis throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Hopler's head.
Sclerosis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sclerosis feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hopler's calf.

Hopler throws a strike aimed at the side of Sclerosis's head but Sclerosis avoids it well.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hopler shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Sclerosis is trying to defend but Hopler finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Hopler is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Hopler jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Sclerosis manages to avoid the submission attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hopler wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sclerosis, who protects the arm well.
