Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Ruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dessy Big (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruger comes to the cage accompanied by Zoku by The Kodo Drummers. Dessy Big looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, William Ruger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dessy Big!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Ruger.

Ruger moves into range and clinches up with Big.

Ruger could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ruger wants a takedown.

Big not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Big really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ruger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Big stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ruger swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ruger has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Big is looking to improve his position but Ruger isn't that keen on the idea.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Ruger lands a nice short elbow.

Big has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ruger clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ruger tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!


Ruger changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Big tries to avoid it but Ruger manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Big to the ground. Big escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Ruger is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
