Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Chambers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Private Pile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pile has chosen Jelly Doughnut as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Private Pile!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pile looks to land a right hand but Chambers moved out of range.
Chambers throws a series of punches but Pile avoids them all with ease.
Pile pushes Chambers away with a front kick.
Chambers misses with a double jab.
Chambers takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Chambers takes a kick to the side of the head.
Chambers checks the leg kick nicely there.
Pile throws a sloppy head kick and Chambers moves out of range easily.

Pile explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Chambers ducks under a wild hook from Pile.
Both fighters circling a little - Pile finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Pile lands a jab.
Pile throws a right and a left that both miss.

Pile staying out of range there.
Chambers throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Chambers thows a left - swing and a miss!
Pile uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Chambers.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Chambers swings away with a body shot that misses
and Pile counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Chambers staying out of range there.

Chambers just misses with a punch to the body.
Pile throws a hook but Chambers blocks it.
Pile wants to land a leg kick but Chambers is out of range.
Pile throws a nice head kick!
Pile pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Chambers back to the cage. Pile follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Chambers walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Pile checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Pile throws a nice outside leg kick.
Pile misses with a combination
letting Chambers counter with a right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Pile keeps Chambers at a distance using the push kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Chambers sizes up Pile with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Pile lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Pile fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Chambers looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Chambers throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

and Pile counters with a nice uppercut.
Pile keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Private Pile is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Chambers throws a hook to the side of Pile's head but Pile sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Chambers is looking to clinch but Pile is avoiding it.
No joy there for Pile, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pile looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Pile fails to land with a series of punches.
Chambers takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Pile throws a head kick that misses.
Pile avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Pile looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Pile needs to keep his hands up - Chambers had a free shot at his head there.
Pile misses with a looping left.
Pile throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Pile fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Chambers checks it well.
Private Pile seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice uppercut there from Pile.
No joy there for Chambers, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Chambers counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Pile looks to land a left hand but Chambers moved out of range nicely.
A telegraphed right hand from Chambers misses the target.
Chambers walks into a jab.
Chambers throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Chambers lands a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Private Pile showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Chambers gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Pile uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Chambers.
Private Pile seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Chambers takes a swing at Pile's ribcage but misses.
Chambers tries a low kick but Pile avoids it.
Pile scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Pile misses with a body shot.
Pile slips a jab from Chambers.
Chambers missing with a left hand there. Pile was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Jab, jab by Pile - just one landing.
Chambers takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Chambers throws a hook to the side of Pile's head but Pile sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Pile in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Pile finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Pile's corner calls for a 1-2. Pile obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

A punch lands to the side of Pile 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Pile looks to land a left hand but Chambers moved out of range nicely.

Pile takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Thomas Chambers has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Pile throws a right and a left that Chambers avoids nicely.

Private Pile comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Pile has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
