The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shepard fails with a takedown attempt.
Shepard fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Knitter avoids it really well and circles away.
Shepard tries to clinch up but Knitter circles away and keeps his distance.
Knitter lands with a right hand.
Knitter takes the fight into the clinch.

Knitter lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Shepard .
Knitter has Shepard pushed against the cage.
Knitter digs a right hand underneath Shepard 's ribcage. Shepard let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Shepard jumps guard but Knitter stands there with Shepard around his waist. Shepard gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Lutz Knitter really struggled to get his t-shirt was on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Hilo Nutrition (video proof) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
