Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oliveira kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Darude - Sandstorm. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Oliveira.
Horrible takedown by Oliveira or perhaps it was just good defense by Lucas which made him look bad.
Lucas scores with a jab to the head.
Oliveira blocks a jab.
Oliveira throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Pedro Lucas has been cut.

Oliveira darts in and clinches Lucas up against the cage.
Lucas is trying to push Oliveira away but Oliveira has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Oliveira lands a takedown into guard.
Oliveira trying to control the position from guard on top but Lucas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Oliveira stays in close to Lucas's body and controls the position.

Oliveira works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Lucas is trying to stand back up but Oliveira is controlling him

Oliveira escapes and gets back to his feet.

Oliveira shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lucas napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Lucas takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Lucas cracks Oliveira with a good jab.
Oliveira throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lucas's waist but Lucas gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oliveira off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucas Oliveira. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oliveira really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lucas bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Oliveira shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Oliveira was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Oliveira wants to take his opponent's back but Lucas doesn't allow it.

Oliveira throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Oliveira has got one arm under Lucas's chin. This could be trouble... Lucas trying to control the other hand but Oliveira gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Lucas has tapped out! The fight is over!
