The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Allensworth closes the distance and clinches.

Allensworth breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Allensworth tries to keep at a distance but Kopke has taken the fight into the clinch.
Allensworth is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Allensworth fails to pull guard.

Allensworth tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kopke paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kopke tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Allensworth swivels and escapes.

Kopke clinches up against the cage.
Kopke is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Kopke throws a head punch that misses.

Allensworth breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kopke throws a sloppy head kick

and Allensworth counters by moving into the clinch.
Allensworth lands a shoulder strike.

Allensworth manages to break the clinch.

Kopke drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Kopke works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Kopke throws a strike aimed at the side of Allensworth's head but Allensworth avoids it well.
Kopke controls the position.

Kopke is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Allensworth looks calm but he's in trouble here. Kopke gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Allensworth is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Kopke lets go of the hold and Allensworth can pop his arm back in it's socket.
