These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brasco lands with a good body shot.
Rutkowska takes a kick to the side of the head.
Brasco defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rutkowska.

Rutkowska shoots in for a double leg but Brasco sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Rutkowska shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brasco sprawls well. Brasco wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rutkowska gets slowly back to his feet.

Rutkowska is trying desperately to land a takedown but Brasco is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Rutkowska.
Rutkowska throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brasco's waist but Brasco gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rutkowska off to one side.
Brasco darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Rutkowska throws a right hand that Brasco ducks under and follows up with a left that Brasco also avoids with ease.
Rutkowska fails with a takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A nice leg kick lands there from Brasco.
Brasco looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Brasco backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Rutkowska's temple! It sends Rutkowska violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Brasco celebrates and the doctors try to help Rutkowska!
