Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bong Toe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzales shoots in looking for a takedown but Toe manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gonzales's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Gonzales tries to land a body kick
and Toe counters with a body kick.
Toe ducks under a wild hook from Gonzales.
Gonzales gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Toe.
Gonzales thows a leg kick but Toe checks it
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Gonzales misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Toe.
Toe ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Gonzales misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gonzales takes one on the button.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Toe misses with an attempted mid kick.
Toe sizes up Gonzales with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Gonzales misses with a low kick.
Gonzales throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gonzales waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Toe.
Toe lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Gonzales chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Toe can pounce on him.
Toe slips under a jab.
Gonzales on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Toe. Toe obviously looking to wear him down.
Gonzales looks gassed!
Toe tests Gonzales's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Gonzales throws a leg kick
and Toe counters with a good low kick that Gonzales was not able to check.
Toe fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gonzales has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Toe throws a push kick but Gonzales slaps the foot to one side.
Gonzales looks to score with a jab to the body but Toe is just out of range.
Bong Toe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A shot to the liver by Toe. Beautiful body shot.
Toe scores with a sloppy right hand. Gonzales should have avoided that one.
A slapping leg kick lands for Toe.
Gonzales ducks right into an uppercut from Toe.
Toe digs a good body shot into Gonzales's ribs.
Toe lands a nice looking kick to the body. Gonzales takes a step back to recover.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Toe closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Gonzales! Toe dives in looking to finish! Gonzales is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
