The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva misses with the combination.
Tonelada stuffs the takedown.

Tonelada dives in and scores a takedown into Da Silva's guard.
Tonelada missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Da Silva has a closed guard, preventing Tonelada from standing up.
Tonelada stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Da Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Da Silva thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Tonelada might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Da Silva prevents Tonelada from getting back to his feet.
Da Silva slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Tonelada.
