Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kato Munechika (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Green Pea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Munechika comes to the cage accompanied by Requiem for a Dream. Kato Munechika could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Green Pea's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munechika rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Pea counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Munechika ducks under a wild hook from Pea.
Pea throws a lazy right hand but Munechika sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Pea misses with a jab, cross combination.
Munechika chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Pea jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pea lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Munechika has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Munechika and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Green Pea seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Munechika wants to slow Pea down by chopping away at his legs.
Munechika throws a sloppy head kick and Pea moves out of range easily.
Munechika works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Munechika looks to score with a jab to the body but Pea is just out of range.
Pea takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Munechika goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Pea has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Munechika but great work by Pea.

Munechika stalks Pea and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pea's face. Pea staggers backwards, shaken.
Munechika tries to clinch up but Pea circles away and keeps his distance.
Pea is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.

Pea throws a jab but it's blocked by Munechika.
Pea throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Pea counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Munechika throws a series of punches but Pea avoids them all with ease.
