PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arcturus Ulver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiden Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ulver comes into the arena with Dunkelheit blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Arcturus Ulver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aiden Green!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ulver doesn't manage to clinch there - Green circles away.
Ulver throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Green ducks right into an uppercut from Ulver.
Ulver dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Green. That did some damage!

Ulver moves into the clinch.
Ulver tries to pull guard but Green holds him up against the cage and eventually Ulver drops back down to his feet.
Green can't get the takedown.
Ulver tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Green tries to pull guard but Ulver won't allow it.
Knees in the clinch landing for Ulver.
Ulver throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Ulver misses with a knee strike.
Green jumps guard but Ulver stands there with Green around his waist. Green gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Arcturus Ulver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aiden Green.
Ulver gets underhooks to prevent Green's takedown attempt.
Green looks gassed!
Ulver lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Green tries to pull guard but Ulver holds him up against the cage and eventually Green drops back down to his feet.

Ulver using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Green has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Ulver lands an elbow inside.

Ulver has his foot on Green's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Green works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ulver lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Green!

Ulver has control of Green's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Green regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Green is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Ulver locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Green is forced to tap!
