Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stan Winner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Jacobsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Winner's entrance music is All I Do Is Win - DJ Khaled. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Stan Winner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Simon Jacobsen!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Winner closes the distance and clinches.
Jacobsen looking to throw knees to the head but Winner is blocking nicely.
Winner blocks an elbow strike from Jacobsen.
Winner on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Winner is working on a single leg takedown against the ropes. Jacobsen can't fight it off and eventually Winner manages to take the fight to the floor. Jacobsen looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Winner working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jacobsen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jacobsen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Winner pulls Jacobsen in close to his closed guard and prevents Jacobsen from doing any damage or advancing position.

Jacobsen throws a strike but Winner rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Simon Jacobsen will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Jacobsen bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Jacobsen is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Winner is defending well for now.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Winner creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Jacobsen goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Jacobsen shoots in looking for a takedown. Winner tries to sprawl out of it but Jacobsen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Winner manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jacobsen is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Jacobsen drops his hands momentarily and Winner takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.


It looks like Simon Jacobsen has been cut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Winner looks to land a right hand but Jacobsen moved out of range.
Jacobsen misses with a hook. Winner ducked under it nicely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Winner lands a lovely overhand right.
Winner jabs Jacobsen to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Winner scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.


Jacobsen is rocked!
Jacobsen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Winner closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jacobsen to the mat! Jacobsen manages to get full guard.
Winner content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Winner gets to his feet and stands over Jacobsen, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Jacobsen felt that one! Winner unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Jacobsen from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stan Winner!
Stan Winner decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
