Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alec Drunell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Playll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drunell comes to the cage accompanied by Freaks and Geeks - Childish Gambino. Tom Playll will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Playll fails with the takedown
and Drunell counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Tom Playll has been cut.

Drunell closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Drunell wants to stand but Playll is controlling his arm.

Drunell stands up and we're back to a striking position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Drunell closes the distance and clinches.

Drunell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Playll avoids a punch combination nicely.
Good shot there by Drunell.

Drunell swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Drunell has Playll up against the cage in a clinch.

Drunell breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Playll tries for a takedown but Drunell circles away easily
and Drunell counters with a nice uppercut.
Drunell cracks Playll's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Playll slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Drunell can do further damage! This one is done, son!
