Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustavo Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Becker comes to the cage accompanied by Masta Ace - Sittin On Chrome. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nunes fails with the takedown
and Becker cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Becker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nunes is defended easily by Becker.
Becker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nunes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nunes moves away from the strike by Becker.
Nunes shoots in and drives through. Becker sprawls well.
Bruce Becker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gustavo Nunes.
Becker throws the left hand but Nunes avoids the punch easily.
Nunes with a poor takedown
and Becker counters with a leg kick.
Becker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Becker lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Gustavo Nunes has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Becker closes the distance and clinches.

Nunes prevents a body shot from Becker.
Becker working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Becker is pressed up against the cage. Nunes has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Becker down to the mat. Becker avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Nunes looks gassed!
Becker lands with a hook. Nunes tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Becker connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Becker lands a two punch combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nunes fails to land the takedown.
Becker throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Becker throws a jab but it's blocked by Nunes.
Gustavo Nunes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nunes avoids a kick to the body.
Becker wobbles Nunes with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Becker dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Nunes to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
