Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Blas Ople!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Max throws a sloppy head kick and Ople moves out of range easily.
Ople lands a high kick to the side of Max's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Ople dives into guard, looking to finish.
It looks like Michael Max has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Ople stands and throws Max's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Ople stands up and beckons Max to his feet.
A head kick misses from Ople.
Max avoids the head kick by Ople.
Max misses with a wild combination.
Ople throws a head kick that misses.
Ople throws out a leg kick but Max moves out of range and Ople only half commits.
Max throws a series of punches but Ople moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Max keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Ople throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Max moves out of range as Ople throws a body kick.
Ople sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Max to the ground! Ople dives into full mount looking to finish!
Max is rocked!
Ople quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Ople but it's paid off an Max is forced to tap! Nice work by Ople.
