The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Morrison as he avoids it easily.
Brown scores with a one two! Morrison had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Tommy Morrison has been cut.
Brown misses with a wild combination.
Morrison throws a series of punches but Brown avoids them all with ease.
Brown throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Morrison throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Brown.
Bushido Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Morrison connects with a right hand. Brown shakes it off.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Morrison, right into the meat.
Morrison looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Brown ducks right into an uppercut from Morrison.
Brown shoots for a takedown but Morrison saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Morrison lands with a kick to the temple. Brown shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Brown is rocked!
Morrison connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Oh Brown is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brown is breathing heavily.
Morrison connects with an inside leg kick.
Morrison fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Brown out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Tommy Morrison! Tommy Morrison retains his lightweight title!
