Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Martinsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angel Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Angel Pain!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinsson fails with a takedown attempt.
Good leg kick by Pain there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Martinsson tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Pain shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Pain is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Martinsson has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Martinsson!

Martinsson is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Pain has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Martinsson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pain is squirming around, avoiding Martinsson's attempts to control the action.

Martinsson is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Pain is forced to tap! Great finish!
