Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mizuro Goenji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cub Galloway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goenji comes to the cage accompanied by Slipknot - Duality. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mizuro Goenji!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cub Galloway!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galloway chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Galloway pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Galloway throws a nice outside leg kick.
Goenji fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Galloway tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Goenji was well out of range. Poor timing from Galloway.
Galloway slips a jab and a cross from Goenji.
Goenji closes the distance looking to clinch
and Galloway counters with a big head kick but Goenji shrugs it off.
Goenji fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Galloway avoids it really well and circles away.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Galloway, right into the meat.
Goenji throws a hook but Galloway blocks it.
Goenji misses with a two punch combination.
Goenji drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Goenji throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Galloway can do anything to dispel that myth.

Goenji is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Galloway is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Goenji trying to control the action but Galloway is working from the bottom.
Goenji sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Galloway is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Galloway struggling a bit here.
Goenji works to advance to full mount. Galloway defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Galloway blocking the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Goenji looking to ground and pound but Galloway is blocking nicely.
Goenji throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Goenji thowing shots but they're missing.
Galloway takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Goenji lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Galloway is looking to get to half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Goenji is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Galloway can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Galloway really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Goenji. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Galloway is bucking up trying to escape but Goenji cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Galloway is trying to escape the mount.
Goenji throwing strikes here but Galloway is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Goenji trying to control but he's not successful this time.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Galloway's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Goenji controlling the position easily from mount.
Galloway is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Goenji looking to finish with strikes here!
Galloway wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Goenji.
Goenji working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Galloway takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mizuro Goenji dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Goenji throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Galloway throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Galloway displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Goenji.
Galloway lands a nice leg kick that just misses Goenji's sensitive parts.
Goenji looks to land a combination but Galloway avoids it well.
Goenji misses the jab.
Galloway lands a big head kick that sends Goenji tumbling to the mat! Galloway takes a step backwards and waves Goenji back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Galloway throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Goenji colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Galloway as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Goenji is left battered and dazed whilst Galloway and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cub Galloway!
An out of breath and clearly excited Cub Galloway thanked 1337 ANZAC for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
