Kristian Kelly has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mr John Doe's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Doe closes the distance and clinches.

Kelly ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kelly no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Kelly keeping moving, preventing Doe from controlling successfully.
Doe passes Kelly's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Kelly is trying to control but can't.
Doe is stalling here. Kelly is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Doe seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Kelly has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Kelly tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kelly has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Kelly working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kelly gets to mount! Doe was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Kelly unloads with some shots from mount but Doe bucks and avoids them well.
Doe tries to hold on but Kelly postures up.
Doe knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kelly on the ground.
BOOM! Kelly connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Doe is rocked!

It looks like Mr John Doe has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kelly is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Doe is forced to tap! Great finish!
