Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denton Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castle's entrance music is Slipknot. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunder throws an overhand right that lands on Castle's shoulder, as Castle tries to avoid the shot.
Castle bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Thunder's head backwards.
It looks like Denton Thunder has been cut.
Thunder moves out of range of the leg kick from Castle.
Thunder circles away from the clinch attempt
and Thunder makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Castle connects with an inside leg kick.
Castle throws the kick towards the body but Thunder avoids it.

Castle shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Frank Castle will probably get the nod.

Denton Thunder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Castle looks for the body kick but Thunder saw that one coming.

Thunder doesn't manage to clinch there - Castle circles away.
Thunder moves out of range of the leg kick from Castle.
Thunder lands a leg kick that knocks Castle off balance momentarily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Castle crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Thunder - the referee stops the clock and Castle gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Thunder. Castle manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Thunder in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

I would just about give that final round to Denton Thunder.
Well Thunder has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
