Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sami Hyypia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jukka Omena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hyypia kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hang out the stars in Indiana. Omena is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Minä olen voittaja!. Jukka Omena will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hyypia drives through and clinches with Omena against the cage.
Omena scores with a knee to the head.
Omena effectively controlling the action here.
Omena breaks the clinch.
Hyypia gets the takedown into side control.
Omena is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Hyypia is controlling him well.
Hyypia tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Omena is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Hyypia asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Omena is looking to regain half guard here but Hyypia keeps moving and retains side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hyypia tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Omena gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Hyypia prevents Omena from standing back up.

Omena has one foot on Hyypia's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Omena tries a head kick but it misses.
Omena tries to clinch but Hyypia moves out of range.
Omena darts in and clinches Hyypia up against the cage.
Hyypia trying to control the position but instead, Omena has worked for underhooks and has pushed Hyypia into the cage.
Omena prevents Hyypia from breaking the clinch.
Omena is working for takedown but Hyypia is calmly controlling the position for now.
Omena breaks from the clinch.
Omena shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hyypia as he jumps to the side.
Omena tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Hyypia counters with a single leg into guard. Omena didn't expect that.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Omena has control of Hyypia's left arm, preventing Hyypia from doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hyypia won't allow Omena to get back to his feet.
Omena manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hyypia manages to get himself to full guard.
Omena passes Hyypia's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Omena with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Omena seems to be looking for submissions.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Omena missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jukka Omena will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Omena wants to clinch
and Hyypia cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Omena - that will leave a mark!
The fight stays on the outside here - Omena looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Omena pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Omena throws a nice outside leg kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Omena throws a head kick but Hyypia moves out of range.
Omena instigates a clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Omena lands an elbow that stopped Hyypia in his tracks for a moment.
Omena manages to break the clinch.
Omena drops Hyypia with a nice combination! Omena dives into Hyypia's guard, looking to finish!
It looks like Sami Hyypia has been cut.
Omena stays in close to Hyypia's body and controls the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hyypia can't keep his opponent in guard - Omena advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Omena working the head and body with strikes.
Omena is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Omena decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Omena tries to clinch but Hyypia is having none of it.
Omena tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hyypia swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Omena dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Sami Hyypia is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The fighters circle, before Omena throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Hyypia's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Omena lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
