Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sponge Bobichus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikita Krushev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bobichus's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Cannibal Corpse - Hammer Smashed Face. Krushev is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Forever Lost. This should be fireworks!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bobichus shoots in and drives through. Krushev sprawls well.
Krushev lands with a straight right. Bobichus didn't see that one coming.
It looks like Sponge Bobichus has been cut.
Bobichus shoots for a double leg takedown but Krushev sprawls well. He's pushed Bobichus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bobichus cracks Krushev with a good jab.
Krushev defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bobichus.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sponge Bobichus. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bobichus shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Krushev counters with a straight right hand.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Krushev misses with a series of wild punches.
Bobichus misses with a takedown attempt - Krushev sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Bobichus shoots in for a takedown but Krushev shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Bobichus darts in and clinches Krushev up against the cage.

Krushev gets underhooks to prevent Bobichus's takedown attempt.
Bobichus drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Krushev gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Bobichus breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bobichus shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Krushev but Krushev pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bobichus darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Bobichus looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Bobichus trying to control from half guard but Krushev is working away.

Bobichus is working for a kimura here but Krushev manages to reverse the position and he's now in Bobichus's guard.
Krushev avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Krushev trying to control the position from guard on top but Bobichus is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Krushev has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bobichus is proving hard to escape from.

Bobichus had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Krushev defends it easily.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bobichus is on top in guard.
Bobichus drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Krushev manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bobichus has Krushev in his guard.
Bobichus looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Krushev wanted to stand there but Bobichus had control of the position.
Bobichus looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bobichus has a closed guard, preventing Krushev from standing up.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bobichus wants to sweep but no luck.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bobichus is looking to sinch up a triangle. Krushev throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Bobichus's body to avoid the submission. Bobichus has instead reached around Krushev's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Bobichus arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
