The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parchi misses with a takedown attempt - Asuke sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Asuke throws a lazy right hand but Parchi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Parchi fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Parchi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Ritsuko Asuke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Archie Parchi.
Asuke lands with a right hand.
Parchi shoots in for a takedown but Asuke shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Asuke comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Asuke ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

letting Asuke counter with a right hand.

Asuke moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Asuke lunges at Parchi with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Parchi's hand.
Asuke uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Parchi is rocked!
Asuke is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Asuke shuts the power down on Parchi. Lights out, game over! Asuke is your winner.
