Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Russian Experiment III (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crash Bandicoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Experiment III comes to the cage accompanied by Come To Daddy. Bandicoot has chosen Crash Bandicoot: Jungle Rollers Remix as his entrance music. Crash Bandicoot has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Russian Experiment III's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Experiment III stuffs the takedown attempt from Bandicoot. Bandicoot gets slowly back to his feet.
Experiment III connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Experiment III shoots in and gets a takedown into Bandicoot's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Bandicoot wants to stand and escape but Experiment III is having none of it.

Bandicoot throws his legs up looking for a submission but Experiment III uses it to pass to side control.
Experiment III creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Experiment III cracks Bandicoot with a big right hand but Bandicoot just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Experiment III has his foot on Bandicoot's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bandicoot works his way back into a safe position though.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
