Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mazza Ozcop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Statham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Statham tries a head kick but it misses.
Statham throws a head kick but Ozcop moves out of range.
A bone on bone clash there as Ozcop blocks the leg kick.
A big left from Statham misses.
Ozcop throws a low kick but Statham moves out of range easily.
Statham misses with a kick to the body.
Ozcop pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Statham back to the cage. Ozcop follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Ozcop feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Statham's calf.

Ozcop moves into range and clinches up with Statham.
Ozcop tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Statham prevents a body shot from Ozcop.
Ozcop struggles to land a body shot inside as Statham controls his hands.
Statham swings wildly with an uppercut but Ozcop uses good head movement to avoid it.
Statham lands a knee to the head.
Statham throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Ozcop blocks it with crossed arms.

Statham throws a leg kick
and Ozcop counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Ozcop misses with a low kick as Statham jumps back.
Ozcop throws a front kick aimed at Statham's knee but Statham avoids it well.
Ozcop with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Statham looks gassed!

Ozcop avoids the head kick by Statham.
Ozcop connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ozcop throws a right hand that Statham ducks under and follows up with a left that Statham also avoids with ease.
Mazza Ozcop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ozcop goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Statham takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Statham walks forward, straight into a front kick from Ozcop.
Ozcop fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Statham.
Ozcop cracks Statham with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Ozcop throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Statham throws a lazy right hand but Ozcop sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That kick from Ozcop tenderised Statham's leg. Statham is trying to keep his angry face on.
Donk. Ozcop catches Statham right on the button with a cross.
Ozcop throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A slapping body kick lands there for Ozcop.
Statham misses with a right hand
and Ozcop makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Ozcop.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Ozcop, right into the meat.
Ozcop dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Statham. That did some damage!
Ozcop scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Statham takes one to the chin there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ozcop fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Statham, pushing him back against the cage.

Ozcop digs a right hand underneath Statham's ribcage. Statham let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Ozcop lands a body punch in the clinch.
Statham tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Ozcop.

Ozcop lands a shoulder strike.

Statham is rocked!

Statham is still on wobbly legs! Can Ozcop finish him?
Ozcop lands an uppercut.
Ozcop throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Ozcop unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Statham! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Ozcop is unloading with more strikes now! Statham drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
