Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mazard Unis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luis Helguera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Unis comes to the cage accompanied by War is the Answer. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Unis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Helguera swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Unis wants to sweep here but Helguera controlling him for the moment.

Unis throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

The crowd cheers as Unis lands an impressive looking overhand right. Helguera doesn't seem phased though.
Helguera tries to score a power double leg takedown but Unis sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Helguera somewhat.
Unis throws out a loose jab but Helguera uses good head movement to avoid it.

Unis uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Helguera has time to react.

Unis sends Helguera crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Unis is motioning to the referee to let Helguera up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Helguera has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Unis after a bit of a struggle.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Unis is pressed up against the cage. Helguera has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Unis down to the mat. Unis avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Mazard Unis is winning the standup battle so far.

Unis lands a big head kick that sends Helguera tumbling to the mat! Unis takes a step backwards and waves Helguera back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Unis lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Helguera up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Unis from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Helguera's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
