Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Terry Tekkers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daljit Dhillon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dhillon shoots in but no luck this time.
Dhillon shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tekkers lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dhillon gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Dhillon is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tekkers sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Dhillon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tekkers's waist but Tekkers gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dhillon off to one side.

Tekkers isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Dhillon stacks Tekkers on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Dhillon!

Dhillon thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Dhillon decides to stand back up.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Tekkers displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dhillon.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
