Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between George King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dutch Montana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, George King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dutch Montana!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Alyssa Summers and John Kavanagh.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King tries to clinch there but Montana circles away.
Montana has a takedown stuffed.
King takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Montana on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Montana tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. King manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Montana tries for a takedown but King sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

King fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Montana, pushing him back against the cage.
Montana wants to get back to striking at distance but King won't allow it.
King tries a knee to the head but Montana blocks it.
King connects with a nasty looking knee right to Montana's face.
King lands a knee to the head.

It looks like Dutch Montana has been cut.
King lands an elbow that stopped Montana in his tracks for a moment.
King controlling the action here for a moment.
Montana wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but King has him pressed against the cage.

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

King moves into range and clinches up with Montana.
King keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Montana's efforts to push away.
Montana jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as King walks away with a smile on his face. Montana gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
George King has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dutch Montana.
King tries to clinch up but Montana circles away and keeps his distance.

King clinches with his opponent.
Montana is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

King breaks the clinch.
King tries to close the distance and clinch but Montana swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Montana fails with an attempt to clinch.

King keeps the fight on the outside.
King cracks Montana with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
King tries to close the distance and clinch but Montana swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Montana has a takedown stuffed.

Montana throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

King has Montana up against the cage in a clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Montana is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Montana looks gassed!

King breaks from the clinch.

King manages to break the clinch.

and King counters with a nice body kick.

King closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

King pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
King lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
King tries a head kick but it misses.

King clinches with his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Montana takes a knee right on the jaw!

King breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Montana has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by King.
King dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
King stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

King closes the distance and clinches.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

King breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

King fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Montana, pushing him back against the cage.
A shot in the inside from King.
A knee to the head by King.

King breaks from the clinch.
Montana tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and King counters with a slapping leg kick.

King forces Montana back against the cage and clinches.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
King lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Montana escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Montana walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Montana is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

King pushes Montana up against the cage in a clinch.

King breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A slapping leg kick lands for King.
King wants to clinch.
King getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

Montana is rocked!

Montana tries to keep at a distance but King has taken the fight into the clinch.

King is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Montana can do to turn this around?
