A fine choice. Kildahl has chosen dont get up as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Leis closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Kildahl wants to get back to full guard.
Leis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kildahl's head.

Leis is trying to work for a kimura but Kildahl is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Leis connects with a nice short shot to Kildahl's temple.

Leis postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kildahl looks a forlorn figure.
Leis postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Kildahl in real trouble here! The ref calls for Kildahl to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
