PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erik Skarsgard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Skarsgard's entrance music is In Search of Vikings. A fine choice. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Rocky Balboa was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Balboa misses its intended target.
Balboa looks to throw the jab but Skarsgard is out of range.

Skarsgard rushes Balboa and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Skarsgard blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Skarsgard takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Erik Skarsgard will probably get the nod.

That was a close second round but I would say that Erik Skarsgard will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Balboa throws a wild body kick that Skarsgard sees coming a mile off.

Still in the clinch, Balboa scores with a nice short uppercut.
Balboa creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Skarsgard with a big uppercut! Skarsgard tries to clinch up but Balboa pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Skarsgard to the mat! Skarsgard covers up and Balboa unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
