The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Livre looks to score with a jab to the body but Puffer is just out of range.
Livre has a takedown stuffed.
Puffer throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
An inside leg kick lands from Puffer.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Puffer.
Livre fails with the takedown
and Puffer counters with a big head kick but Livre shrugs it off.

Puffer takes the fight into the clinch.
Livre tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Puffer just stands there and leans against the cage.

Puffer manages to break the clinch.

Brian Puffer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Livre has hold of Puffer's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Puffer seems comfortable defending it but Livre has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Puffer is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Puffer is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Livre couldn't care less - he's delighted!
