Jones's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 6 foot 7 foot. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones rushes Beck and presses him up against the cage.

Beck is rocked!
Beck looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Beck is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Jones.
Jones scores with a shoulder strike.
Jones is trying to push Beck away but Beck has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Beck blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Jones has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Beck has clasped his hands together around Jones's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Jones wants to control but Beck postures up.
Jones manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Jones is trying to control but can't.
Jones is controlling Beck's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Jones is looking to control Beck's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jones avoid being mounted?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Frank Jones has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Jones throws a head kick that misses.

Jones closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Jones misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
