Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frodo Baggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen Fort Minor - Petrified (Gracie Remix) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christopher Gracie!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Baggins throws a right and a left that Gracie avoids nicely.

Gracie rushes Baggins and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Gracie drags the fight down to the ground.
Gracie looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Baggins puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Gracie regains full guard. Nicely done.
Gracie avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Gracie has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Baggins is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Gracie.
