The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Styles scores with the left hand. Elliot knows he should have avoided that one.
Callum Elliot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Elliot throws a jab when Styles was well out of range.
Elliot lands a nice looking kick to the body. Styles takes a step back to recover.
Styles throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Elliot.
Elliot throws out a loose jab but Styles uses good head movement to avoid it.

Elliot slips a jab and a cross from Styles.
Elliot takes a swing at Styles's ribcage but misses.
Styles scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Elliot doesn't seem bothered though.

Styles thuds his right hand into Elliot's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Styles connects with a good right hand that stumbles Elliot. Elliot circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Nice shot lands for Styles.
Elliot throws a hook to the side of Styles's head but Styles sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Styles throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Elliot throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

OH! Elliot has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Styles smells blood and charges in for the finish! Styles unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Elliot sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

Xavier Styles decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
