The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A right-left combo lands from Alexander.
Hogan is rocked!
Alexander gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Alexander manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Hogan slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Hogan wants to improve his position but Alexander is controlling well.
Hogan manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Alexander lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Hogan sprawling to the canvas. Alexander follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Hogan hang on?
Hogan is still in real trouble! Can Alexander finish him?
It looks like Hulk Hogan has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Alexander lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Hogan quite badly. Hogan pulls Alexander in close trying to recover. Alexander postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Hogan on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Hogan doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lucas Alexander!
