Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lee Sgt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremiah Trout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sgt comes into the arena with Full Metal Jacket blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trout has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sgt.

Trout misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Sgt throws a nice looking combination but Trout bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jeremiah Trout seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Sgt avoids a kick to the body.
An inside leg kick lands from Sgt.
Sgt throws a hook to the side of Trout's head but Trout sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Sgt has Trout up against the cage in a clinch.
Sgt has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Trout is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Sgt drops down looking for an ankle pick but Trout pulls his leg out and moves away.
Sgt will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sgt throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Trout.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Sgt is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Trout is defending well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lee Sgt. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Trout pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Sgt swings for the body but Trout moves out of range.

Sgt moves into the clinch successfully.
Sgt wants a takedown but no success here.
Trout being controlled against the cage.

Sgt ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Sgt no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Sgt is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Trout is aware though and is defending well.
Sgt manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Sgt has hold of Trout's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Trout manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Sgt is working for a guillotine from mount but Trout frees his head quite easily.

Sgt swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Trout is now in Sgt's guard. A big mistake from Sgt there, giving up the dominant position!

Sgt is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Trout is aware though and is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sgt is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Sgt is looking for a triangle but Trout pushes his legs off easily.
Trout must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Sgt pulls Trout in to control the position.

And that's the end of the fight!
Lee Sgt showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Sgt has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
