Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Mayhem!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ray Wickleby!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Chad Campbell and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wickleby falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mayhem makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mayhem throws a chopping leg kick but Wickleby manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Wickleby bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mayhem showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Wickleby.
Mayhem takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mayhem misses with a low kick.
Wickleby checks a low kick from Mayhem.
John Mayhem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mayhem scores with the left hand. Wickleby knows he should have avoided that one.
An inside leg kick from Mayhem misses.
Wickleby rushes Mayhem and presses him up against the cage.

Wickleby goes for a takedown attempt but Mayhem pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Wickleby swings for the body but Mayhem moves out of range.
Wickleby shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mayhem as he avoids it easily.
Mayhem rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wickleby moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mayhem lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Wickleby goes down and covers up as Mayhem starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Mayhem!
Our winner, John Mayhem, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
