Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roger Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jokke Mokkelime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes into the arena with Dread Zepellin - Stairway to Heaven blaring out of the sound system. Roger Gracie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie gets caught napping as Mokkelime dives in and scores a takedown. Gracie manages to retain guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Gracie looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mokkelime is one step ahead there.
Gracie manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Mokkelime manages to get himself to full guard.
Gracie throws a big right hand that misses.
Gracie prevents Mokkelime from getting back to his feet.
Mokkelime looking to control.
Gracie is looking to work some ground and pound but Mokkelime has wrist control.
Mokkelime is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Gracie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mokkelime is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Mokkelime winds up and cracks Gracie with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Mokkelime wants to control but Gracie is keeping him busy.
Gracie regains full guard. Nicely done.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mokkelime content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Gracie has locked up a guillotine! Gracie's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Mokkelime is holding on here and Gracie must be using up a lot of energy. Mokkelime has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Gracie gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

After the fight, Roger Gracie was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
