Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Action Bronson - Barry Horowitz. Doe comes into a darkened arena with his song building. How could I just kill a man kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doe tried to score with a low kick but Jackson checks it.
Jackson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Doe jabs Jackson right on the nose. Jackson blinks but takes it well.
Jackson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Doe throws a nice looking combination but Jackson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

John Doe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Doe checks a leg kick.

Jackson shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Doe eats them both and turns towards Jackson to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Jackson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Doe lands with a thumping leg kick.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A close round but John Doe will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Jackson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Doe takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jeff Jackson.
I think Jackson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
