Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dok Halidai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Springsteen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Halidai.
Springsteen tries to bum rush Halidai with a series of wild strikes but Halidai uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Springsteen keeps the fight on the outside.
Halidai moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Springsteen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Halidai feints and then cracks Springsteen's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Springsteen down.

Springsteen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Halidai circles away quickly and effectively.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Halidai connects with an inside leg kick.
Springsteen looks to score with a jab to the body but Halidai is just out of range.
A thudding body kick lands there by Halidai!

Springsteen takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Springsteen throws a series of punches but Halidai avoids them all with ease.
Springsteen throws a right and a left that both miss.
Springsteen takes a shot right to the bread basket.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Halidai fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Springsteen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Halidai lands a big head kick that sends Springsteen tumbling to the mat! Halidai takes a step backwards and waves Springsteen back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Halidai drops Springsteen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Springsteen looks back up at him and smiles so Halidai waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Springsteen is still on wobbly legs! Can Halidai finish him?
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Halidai throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Springsteen is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
