Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Professor F (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Barton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). F's entrance music is shortest man in world. A fine choice. Jack Barton will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Barton!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barton tried to score with a low kick but F checks it.

Barton shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in F's guard.
F is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Barton is controlling him.

Barton gets in close and instigates a clinch.
F is pushing Barton up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

F has his feet on Barton's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Barton feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
