PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Garelli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kale Ravenal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garelli comes to the cage accompanied by Patriarch on a Vespa. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ravenal's corner calls for a 1-2. Ravenal obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Ravenal throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Garelli on the side of the head.
Ravenal misses with a left hand
and Garelli counters with a nice low kick that buckles Ravenal's knee momentarily.
Ravenal has a takedown stuffed.
A punch lands to the side of Ravenal 's head but he takes it in his stride.
A solid leg kick lands there for Ravenal.

Garelli gets a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Garelli shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ravenal as he jumps to the side.

That was a close round but I would say that Joe Garelli will probably get the nod.

Ravenal looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Garelli with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Kale Ravenal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ravenal, as that shot connected.
Garelli gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Ravenal gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Garelli is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
