And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lived lands a high kick!
Watkins walks forward, straight into a front kick from Lived.
Watkins is breathing heavily.
Lived defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Watkins.

Lived closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Watkins to the mat! Watkins manages to get full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lived showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Lived really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Watkins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Watkins has a closed guard, preventing Lived from standing up.
Lived seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Lived tries to stand but Watkins is controlling from the bottom.
Lived stays in close to Watkins's body and controls the position.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Damien Lived wasn't active enough on the ground.

Lived clinches up with Watkins and pushes him back against the cage.
Lived lands a left hand.
Lived slowing the pace effectively.
Lived pushes Watkins back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
A right hook to the body lands for Lived.
Lived lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Watkins or not.
Lived pressing his opponent against the cage.

Lived throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Lived lands a right hand.

It looks like Billy Watkins has been cut.
Lived lands a hook to the side of the head.

Lived breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lived lets loose with a powerful body kick. Watkins will feel that in the morning.

Lived bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
A lull in the action here.

Lived stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Lived! Watkins is out on his feet! Lived rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Watkins is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Watkins is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
