Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rigan Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mariusz Pirzmak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rigan Machado is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rigan Machado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mariusz Pirzmak!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pirzmak dodges the punch combination from Machado.
Pirzmak stuffs the takedown attempt from Machado. Machado gets slowly back to his feet.

Machado tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Machado has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Pirzmak uses from the top position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Machado had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pirzmak defends it easily.

Pirzmak really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Machado. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Pirzmak seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Machado does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Pirzmak perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Pirzmak uses his free foot to push down on Machado's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Machado.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pirzmak tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Machado might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Machado circles away from the clinch attempt.
Machado shoots for a takedown but Pirzmak saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pirzmak looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Pirzmak tightens his grip and picks Machado up, before dumping him to the ground. Machado manages to land in guard.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Machado is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pirzmak is aware though and is defending well.

Pirzmak lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Machado is trying to hold Pirzmak in close to prevent damage but Pirzmak has managed to pass into half guard.
Pirzmak looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Pirzmak's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Mariusz Pirzmak comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Pirzmak has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
