It looks like Jon Pegas has been cut.
Pegas walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Green is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

The fighters circle, before Green throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Pegas's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Green lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
