Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shom Itsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Little Jimmy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jimmy with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Jimmy scores with the left hand. Itsu knows he should have avoided that one.
Itsu tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jimmy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jimmy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Itsu circles away quickly and effectively.
Jimmy just misses with a punch to the body.
Jimmy fails to land with a series of punches.
Jimmy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Itsu throws a head kick that half lands.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A nice leg kick lands there from Jimmy.
Decent striking displayed by Jimmy there.
Itsu misses with a two punch combination.
Little Jimmy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jimmy scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Itsu doesn't seem bothered though.
Jimmy blocks a head kick by Itsu.
Jimmy lands a jab to the nose.

Jimmy connects with a solid leg kick.
Jimmy swings for the body but Itsu moves out of range.
A left and a right from Jimmy both land. Nice combination.
Jimmy stuns Itsu with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Itsu is breathing heavily.
Jimmy connects with a body shot that sends Itsu's belly button to the back.
Nice uppercut there from Jimmy.

Itsu is rocked!
Jimmy lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Jimmy connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Itsu! He's out on his feet! Jimmy rushes in and drops Itsu with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
